Well I think I am about to step into this world. Getting tired of the wife complaining as I try to relax on the couch while she vacuums up the dog hair EVERY day.
Anyone have any updated feedback on these or newer models? I’ve done a tad bit of research and it looks like some come with a ‘poop avoidance camera’ feature.
Need a Xmas gift for her anyhow….

Yep we upgraded ours about a year and a half ago. Works great for us. Run it everyday and it’ll make it through 3/4 of the house before requiring it too be emptied. Shepherds shed a lot! Still do a heavy vacuuming once a week too hit some of the areas missed.
Worth it too us too have and use. Our new place is a ranch vs a 2 story. Mostly hardwood with a couple area rugs/runners. Goes over everything without many issues. Every once in a while it’ll hang up for a little bit then it’ll work itself out of it.

Spend the money and get the one that empties it self out. The news ones are way more effective at cleaning and mapping the room then the old ones. We have the Costco one, which I think is an i8, we also have the Braava jet mop.

We have the one that self empties, it does pretty at cleaning up Lab hair, and keeping the place swept. I would buy it again.

Ours gets caught under the couch and gashes itself on the nails under there. Our dog sheds waaay too much for this little thing. We can fill a Dyson vacuum in just the living room.

We gave up on ours. Might try it out in a smaller area with no carpet. If I can get my giveadamn working.
