I got a phone call last night that the field was cut yesterday. May have to give it another go in a few days.

Any luck Dick? I've been out a few times and nothing is showing its face in anywhere I can ethically shoot.... They're hanging out by the road lol...

I went to hunt them the day after the field was cut. I felt a bit sick when I woke up that morning. Drove 25 minutes to the field, but felt lousy when I got there. Sat in the truck for about 45 minutes hoping to feel better, but it didn't happen. Drove home and spent most of the day feeling lousy. Haven't been back again.
