WTF is this cable?

I’m not an IT guy, I’m pretty confident that this is a DVI cable but not 100%.

I need to find one so that I can hook up another computer in my office. I bought one off amazon but it was wrong. Any ideas?

It's a VGA cable for connecting a monitor to a PC. You can find those at BestBuy, MicroCenter, Walmart, Target & Office Depot..... Shouldn't spend more than $20 for it.
