With the beer and bourbon items did u replace normal water amounts with the booze?

The beer was a whole can, the bourbon was part of the flavor and I didn't add extra (though I contemplated it)

I cooked up taste tests of all the sausage and brats before stuffing them. It sticks to have invested all that time into something that doesn't taste good.

I tasted the other stuff as it came off the smoker.

Yes the flavors are good, i went higher on the fat percentage than i have in the past, time to see how that pans out after storage etc.
