Zimmerman trial.

I'm sure the turkey neck girl was using an obama phone when she was talking to the hooded hoodlum before he got killed.
She's probably on welfare with 3-4 kids also.
 
IMO, HLN needs to get a friggin life! They are nothing more than a high profile court show anymore! There is plenty more going on in the country/world that needs more coverage than these court proceedings! Dang:smiley_confused_vra
 
This case is all but over. Zimmermans lawyers have skinned the state prosecutors and are now wearing their asses for hats. Not a single one of the state prosecutors witness, officials, investigators, cops, detectives, or specialists have been able to say anything to hurt GZ defense. In fact almost all of them have supported GZs defense. At this point the prosecution is planning on resting Friday morning. The jury will not be out long and there is no way they'll convict. This case should have never gone to trial. The judge is bias as hell and despite her best efforts to sway the case the state is still failing miserably. It's a kangaroo court with a kangaroo judge.
 
So Joe I pretty much agree with youespecially after reading the wire up about Fridays debacle.

What I am concerned about is the idea that the jury is filed into giving him something and/or the backlash of the racial baiting and tension surrounding the entire incident from gunshot to present.

While I agree with you, I'm betting on him getting manslaughter. I believe (and have, the trial only reinforced it) that GZ did the right thing and absolutely what any of us would have done. However, I simply can't trust the people of the country, let alone the thinking of 6 women (who the fugg can predict a woman like that).

I'd say it's about 30% he goes free, 60% manslaughter and 10% the murder count.
 
Stupid case. Just the media's pick at present.

The only hole in his testimony so far is him claiming to hold Obamas boys arms out after shooting him. O'S son was found dead with his hands under him.

He held them out when tm was still on top of him. After GZ got out and up he said he didn't remember what TM did. Just that he pushed him to the side while holding his arms and rolled out the other way.
 
The State's M.E. just self imploded :) This should be called ... The Parade of the Buffoons... it's hilarious !!! They caught the M.E. on stand reading notes that were not entered into states evidence, so they took them away from him. So after lunch break, he's changing his story on time of death & can't remember much since he doesn't have his notes. It's a total flip flop that the defense is once again taking a state witness & turning them into shit. Any movie script would never had dreamt up this sinking ship. It's like Quincy turned into Charlie Chan & then squeezed in the 3 Stooges...:):) Oh, by the way, I've got another chicken in the smoker. I'm gonna make up some mesquite flavored chicken salad. :):)



On another somewhat note, that bald defense attorney looks , sounds & has the same mannerism of Mr Hand, from " Fast Times at Ridgemont High "

The judge will not grant it. She'll sed it to Jury and allow them to consider manslaughter. Her rulings from the bench thi whole trial has stunk of bias. Pre trial she said might allow the toxocology report showing TM had marijuana in his system depending on what the experts said. Originally (years ago) the medical examiner (ME) said it wouldn't matter. But after his research preparing for this trial and talking with colleges he decided two weeks ago that it would matter and alterTM's state of mind. The ME tried to tell the prosecutor this yesterday and the prosecutor didn't want to hear anything about it. Today it comes out from the ME on the stand while the jury was removed from the room that it would alter his state of mind.. The defense claims the prosecution tried to cover it up. The prosecution plays stupid. The judge sides with the prosecution that they didn't know.. She then ruled that she would not allow it to be told to the jury.. WHAT THE FUCK. Dude is high and you keep that from the jury? Even after you said you wanted to see the ME opinion on it first. If George Zimmerman was drunk she would allow it to be shouted from the rooftops.

But the state hasn't proven it's case. In fact as rebuttal to judge acquittal, they're argument is they don't have to.. lol

Told you she wouldn't Acquit . She denied the aquital motion saying she believes the prosecution has provided enough direct and circumstantial evidence to take it to the jury. What fuckin trial has she been at?

The Defense will have a chance to argue acquittal soon. Then we will see. At this point she has to recommend sending it to the jurors.
