Had a pretty good find today, had to cut my hunt short cause my daughter called and said I had to come over and find out what she was having a boy or girl lol. I told her I was shroom hunting but she wasn't impressed lol
So I'm gonna have a new huntin buddy in September :smiley_clap:

I got out for a few minutes too day. 9 pheasant backs and 14 yellows I left at least that many yellows for the fiancé too find tomorrow, see has never found any on her own so I'm going too point her to the tree and let her find them. Just hope the last two days wind doesn't dry them out too much.

Never heard them called pheasant backs, mostly hickory jacks or elephant ears. Nice mess of good eats ya got there!

Ended up picking about 20 more yellows today was hoping for a shot of rain but its went north of us so far im hitting another spot tomorrow .
