Oh, and this is true dump worthy. From the day Tracie started at the hospital until today, child birth was free outside of anything requiring a specialist. Starting yesterday, it is now $3K. Fuggin fuggs!!!

Dang! That's a kick in the junk.

Maybe she will qualify as "pre-existing condition" and you will find a loophole to avoid it.

Quarterly payroll taxes and workers compensation premiums due today. Dump worthy! Ugh!

If not, there are options. When we had Graci the insurance covered babies 100%. Well, co-pay on first office visit, then everything from there on is covered. With Garrett our insurance had changed. The doctors and hospital were more than willing to work with us though. Set us up on a payment plan that we could afford. Can't remember if it was $50-75-100 a month, but they worked with us. I thought we finally paid him off, then I realized kids will NEVER be paid for! Little monsters cost you money forever! lol

I'll pay those bastards $10 a month for the life of it just out of spite. While we are piling it on, I'm fairly certain we have got all we'll get out of the AC in our house. Gonna ride out the summer on a window unit in the bedroom. Suppose on top of a kid, those bills and an AC, I better start selling organs to stay afloat!

Jesse- better get that AC all fixed up for momma and baby by next spring; especially since she's breast feeding. She'll be one miserable momma with a sticky kid stuck to her side.

For sure. I'd do it before May rolled around. We have a whole house attic fan that works wonders when it cools down at night and the humidity is down. But right now, it is fuggin' worthless...

Those whole house fans are nice units. Worst case scenario, you could always run to Walmart and snag one of the plug in/roll around units for whichever room you spend the majority of the time (outside the bedroom). Then again, for you that might be the bathroom. lol

He did add freon. I just it down and let it thaw out. Seems to be fine now. No sure what happened.

Jesse, we had the same thing happen to our AC unit at our first house. Turned out the coil was leaking freon. Lines and the coil would freeze up just like your experiencing. A couple of $125.00 service charges to add more freon I figured it was time to get a new one. A 3 ton Luxaire cost us $2900.00 but it was worth it in the long run!

Hope you guys can get by till springtime.

I won't need one that size, so I'm hoping $2-2,500 will get us...

I spent the first 5.5 years buying right of way like I was giving away crack. My latest project has been in the works since March and I'm yet to get anyone to sign. The greed that has come about in the last year with the Utica boom is unreal. I had until the end of the year to get my end done and things have been going much better the last couple of weeks. I stopped by the office today to do some due diligence before I went to the courthouse to pull deeds and was hit with a bombshell. All of a sudden, we need to have the line installed by the end of the year! 13 fuggin' miles in 5 months!!! It's insane!!!

I don't know how you guys that work in an office or cubicle do it. One of our smaller grain facilities a few miles away has some people gone for the State Fair which left them with one guy. Since I can run our computer program I've been playing office bitch since last Thursday over here. It's the slowest time of the year for us and there's only so much dicking around a guy can do on the internet

I don't mind it when are busy, which is most of the time now, but when it's slow (mostly on Friday's), the day sure does drag ass!

That's why I hate my job when we are slow because office work sucks. When things are like they are now, I'm on the road 3-4 days a week and the days I am in the office, fly by because I'm trying to catch up on that work and get ready for the next trip to the field. But I love being on the road and dread the office most days..

Ric what SEER was that unit? That sounds awfully high.

Don't remember Steve. That was about 12 years ago and the guy who sold it to us and installed it prolly dicked us TOO. I remember the total was 2,988.00 though! Ouch!

Our house was a stick house (2 story)model house of the subdivision. It was our first house and I didn't inspect very well. Fuggar had cheap assed everything from windows, doors, appliances and heating and air. Vinyl sided with little to no insulation! We dropped a ton of green to replace everything I mentioned to make it affordable and comfortable to live in. Our heating bills were in the 400's from Dec. thru Mar. Fuggar leaked like a sieve. Oh, and to top it all off the whole subdivision was built in a flood plane. Glad we got out of that place in 05' and I haven't looked back since. The folks who bought our place sure had alot nicer place after we replaced everything.

I just took a TOO dump just answering a question! Rotflma
