I'm starting to become a believer in your theory, Brock.

This morning, one of the gals at work brought in a few buckets of apples... Our office is in the township, just outside city limits, and there are quite a few deer around. We've never tried feeding or baiting the deer before, though. She went and dumped the apples out back around 9:00 a.m. This afternoon, right around 3:00 p.m., a huge mature doe stepped out and began feeding on the apples. She must have smelled them or something because I was surprised how quick she found them. In broad daylight, next to a busy parking lot, not 40 yards from our building... there she was feeding away.

...Moonset in Medina, OH today... 3:29 p.m. :smiley_chinrub:

Just keep paying attention, Jim. It isn't 100%, but I'm sure there is something to it. There is something to the moon overhead/underfoot as well IMO.

Four letter word called "work" is killing me. Will be more of the same through the weekend. I will look forward to the weekend updates from you guys. Probably be first of the week before I get out again.

Best of luck to everyone hitting it. I'm working tonight and tomorrow. Sunday calling for crappy weather but may slide out in the rain and get a set ready for next week. I will be in the stand every evening the wind cooperates next week.

Seen a bunch of deer on their feet this morning driving for work as well. Seen some turkey fly off the roost and across the road to land in a hay field TOO. Talked to Dante this morning and he said he had action and I know he had action as well.
