Getting myself back on track now, I did go walk a big beanfield today where the farmer saw 8 bucks still carrying both sides a week and a half ago and found tons of big tracks but no sheds. Walked about a mile or so. Got in the truck and drove back towards home to get ready for work and 3/4 of a mile from where I was walking I saw a 110" 8-10 point with both sides amongst a harem of 10 deer which looked to be all does and bb's. Shook my head after glassing them and drove on home. Dang!

Best of luck to all you guys heading out to shed hunt this weekend. I am not up to riding the quad or walking great distances yet. Plus, I can't see my grass yet despite the bright sunshine yesterday and temps in the 40's. Probably a blessing. I need to take it easy a couple more days.
