Well. It's not the prettiest job but it didn't leak. Amazed me, that's 12 for 12 on soldered joints on the first try. Shit. I think I should get a journeyman card after that record.

Sprayed the mold on the back wall too. The previous mixer failed and by the looks of it had a pinhole leak for a while.

Not as easy as it looks. I did some of that over the weekend as well. Mine was dry. When you cut the line and can't get everything to drain out. . . .that sucks. Trying to solder with moisture in the lines above sucks. Sometimes this is all you can do. Love the water steaming out and running down your arm. Nice work Joe.

Looks good Joe, hell I would hire ya!!! The Insurance adjuster just left the house after looking at the hail damage from the storm on June 25th, we will be getting a new roof and spouting on the house and the garage and new siding on the house also, all for 250 bucks, that's TOO good!!!

I have not been my usual diligent self when it comes to my shooting, so I lost a little sleep last night thinking about things. Decided I'd go shoot one arrow from the Strother with a Buzzcut from 50 yards and one from the Mathews with a Slick Trick. Thankfully I 10 ringed each shot (on a real deer) and the results from the Strother/Stinger combo sold me. I'll be taking it this weekend. This is what I call penetration! 50 yards on a target with less than 6 arrows in it...

Plumber once told me to use a piece of bread without the crust. Said it would hold back the water long enough to solder a joint..........and will pass through the line later if no screen in faucet.

We got a new roof out of the hail damage as well from June. TOO bad it all came straight down, we could have used new siding as well. I should have gone around & peppered the house with my bb gun. Yeah, our deductable was $100. NOW it's all going up to $1000

Just received a shipment of the millenium receivers, ratchet style. Love them already. The chain was always a PITA. Ready to roll!

Gonna come up with a crafty way to convert the chain ones to ratchet style. Know some folks that have the right equipment to pull it off.
