Drinking coffee in the living room. Got the Daisy pumped up waiting on a second gray squirrel to go with soup beans and corn bread for lunch.

Just had another young buck stroll through. 6 pointer this time. Now if I could just get a doe to come through where either one of them did.

...saw a skunk! Lol.


I did actually see a skunk, but I also had a group of 5 does come through. About 20 yards out of range though.
If I had enough arrows and SGH's, I could have a limit on squirrels in about 15 minutes. I did kill 5 of them right here in a half hour last year.

I think they stopped here too, but took all of the deer.

Sitting on a ride top in N Jefferson county. Saw a few does last night. Kind of surprised nothing seems to be moving here so far. It is a great morning though. Going to do some rattling in a little while.

The only thing I've seen is this crazy joker. He climbed up the tree beside me. Jumped to mine. Then looked at me through the fork in my tree about eye level. I had to hit him with my had to make him leave. I thought we were about to start scrapping for a moment.

Headed in to get ready for church. Saw a doe and dink buck on the way out. Back at it again tonight with the old man. He is going to sit where I was last night. I am going to try use my climber and get close to where I think he came from last night to hopefully get a better look/shot.
