Ric just hit the lottery! I am going to start a poll for Ric and Ron and JD.

Would you rather:

Have the opportunity to shed hunt the property Brock is referring to one time

or. . . .

Have a "no questions asked/anything goes weekend" with Jennifer Aniston, a SI swimsuit model, or fill in the blank hot female of choice?

Truthfully? I might have to flip a coin to decide myself. 10yrs ago it would be the wild weekend. After 3 kids and 14 years of marriage? Maybe the shed hunting wins out. :smiley_chinrub::smiley_blackeye::frown:

We saw 13 over there Sunday evening. Didn't see a horn. Maybe they are all on the ground already? :)

Good answer. So the answer I read tells me you would rather go shed hunting than be with your wife though?

Phil, are you trying to get me to inserteth thy footeth in thy moutheth? I will plead the 5th...:smiley_coolpeace:

I walked another 3 hours today in a new area I got permission on. I didn't find any sheds but two buck skulls. One looked to be a small buck from last year with the antlers chewed down to stubs but the other one looked like a nice shed buck that died within the past month. The entire skeleton was there and still had blood on parts of what remained. Looked all over in the areas I had permission for his sheds but it is surrounded by a lot of other property I don't have access. Their prolly laying somewhere close by but I just can't get in there to find them...oh well!

Pic of the skull(the pedicles were the size of a 50 cent piece.)

Notice the size in relationship to the eye socket. They looked to have dropped awhile ago. Prolly got injured during hunting season and cast them early just before the yotes got him down.

Gross. That's proof that just because you find his horns, he may not be there to hunt next year! Sorry to see that!
