Fried up the mallards we killed Sunday for dinner. They turned out great. I soaked them over night in Pepsi, then marinated them in A1 and worchestire sauce all day. Butterd the pan and fried em up. Good stuff!!!

WOW this thread fell all the way back to page 7 what a bunch of slackers. I guess some have been TOO busy discussing the possible corruption with-in the DNR. LOL

Tonight I made a calzone with sausage, ham, salami, chicken, onions, mushrooms, artichoke, ricotta, mozzarella, and provolone.

HA! I was looking for this thread Sunday night. Well done Tom!!!

We hung out around the house Sunday watching movies and enjoying a lazy day inside. Decided to throw in a roast and damn was it tasty! I put in about 12 gloves of roasted garlic that cooked down like butter, perfect touch for me!!! Dry rubbed the top sirloin roast, then seared it on both sides. Added carrots, red taters, onions, and celery. I make a horseradish, sour cream, A1 sauce for dipping. Add some hot biscuits, cottage cheese, and a Third Shift Amber Lager and it was a savory dinner! Topped it off with apple pie and ice cream right before bed!!!
