Not true anymore. Used to go through the Kevlar vests. The new ESAPI and other armor stops it. Especially since most is used with a trauma plate.

Agreed. Problem is that most police officers use Kevlar.
ESAPI/green plates are plates, I was more talking about under the shirt vest.
This was also a few years ago when I had my store. I'm not sure what the market is doing now with body armor. I hope they finally came up with something that doesn't break down with sweat. As much as that new vest sucks to break in, it's much safer than one that's broken in.
The real question in all of this to me is...what the fugg is the government doing that they are worried about people having ammo with these capabilities?!
