Brian I'm shooting a 47 @ 28 bow. I'm probably pulling 29+ so that should put me in the low 50's on poundage.
I'm going to shoot 125 grain muzzy phantoms this year with gold tips 55/75

I shoot the 35/55's really well but they are too short for me. Need to get some wraps ordered

image.jpg here is the weight system in using to break down the spine on my gold tips. It's the PDP weight system.

image.jpg. Here are the components of the system. There is an adapter and two weight pieces. You can add all or as little as you need but you have to have the adapter

You have nothing to worry about Brian and you proved that last year. I'm ready with my longbow and my comfort zone is inside 20 yards.

Cool stuff on the weights Eric! Sounds like all you trad hunters are locked and loaded and ready to snipe em this season! Good luck to everyone!

You can use this weight system on regular arrows also. Gold tips for sure, and I think eastons.... I would have to check. I never used to do it but I started this year trying it to see what is going on as well as let me know how my release is doing. It has worked out well for me. I will continue to do it.

Outstanding shooting buddy! I have confidence in you bud. You will do it again this year!
I am still plugging away with "Silk"and the strap on. Lol
My confident yardage is 15-18. May keep it 20 yards and in.
