If you follow the plan on the challenge and continue your active lifestyle, you'll be pleased. Hardest part is avoiding alcohol for those 24 days. Is for me anyway.
Down to 192 from 230. Took awhile but my clothes are getting baggy and I feel way better. Pretty much at my goal now if I can just maintain the 190-195 range.
Pushed through 3 days of a ketogenic "diet". Saw 213.5 this morning. Me and carbs just don't get along, but after 3 days with less than 50 net carbs, my body is SCREAMING for carbs. Going to fight through one more day and have some whole wheat pasta tomorrow!
Went for my annual physical today and the doctors asistant has not seen me since March when i weighed in at 217 and said man what have ya been doing as i am down to 192.
Thanks to keeping track of my calorie intake using MyFitnessPal app.
Pretty comfortable between 190 and 195 so will try to maintain. Pretty damn proud of shedding 25 pds.
Just got off the scale this morning and it said 205! 15 months ago I was 155… My feet hurt, I'm worn out, and just flat feel like shit most days. It's time to do something about it and I just picked today to start. My first target number is 185…
My plan is to drink more water.
No pop.
Beer only on weekends…(this ones gonna suck!)
Eat more often in less portions.
I'm working now and really haven't done much but sit on the couch the last 15 months, so I'm not adding a workout at this point. I might need to add one to drop the next 20 lbs though, we will see. With working alone I've been way more active…I had been logging less than a mile a day and only 2 stories on my phone. The last couple days I've been logging over 6 miles and over 10 stories. The burning feels pretty good!
