Skunkaroo for me this morning. Didnt see shit. The squirrels and tree rats wherent even out doing there thing. Scrapped the all day sit idea and am taking care of some yards.
Its amazing how the woods goes dead certain days. There was absolutely nothing moving.
There's still plenty of fresh sign showing up. I'll be back at it tomorrow hoping things come alive. Still confident as ever

Cold snap acomin... I gotta believe this will be a great weekend to perch in a tree! I can't wait for Saturday, but I may just to save myself for the weekend. Gonna go hard when it cools off.
Cant believe its been a week tomorrow since i had that great sit with the 3 big boys milling around.
Havent seen a fuckin deer from stand since. Sum a biotch... lol.
Scrapped morning hunt today due to life shit. Was about to head out for afternoon around 2 when the wife discovered there was no hot water. Next thing i know im wrenching on a hot water tank that had a major leak. Life shit turned to bull shit. Argh. Frusturating. It all happens for a reason i suppose.
Back at it tomorrow. Parking my ass in the same tree. Its like beating a dead horse, but i'll get a crack at a nice one outta this set. Gotta grind through these tuff stints of time

Well, saw some deer today. A couple little guys. Was unable to enjoy it due to shit going wrong at home. Never made it out this afternoon, but hot water has been restored at my place. A real shitter of a day. Frusturating

Good thought, but not my day. Drinking some beers and relaxing though. Cant complain.
Got frusturated for the first time in a while this morning. Alot of hours spent in one spot waiting for one of the biggins to come by. Made for a boring ass WEEK of hunting. Place was just totally dead. 2 deer sightings in way too many hours on stand. Said fuck it today, needed a change. Should have changed it up sooner, but im a hard headed mofo.
Frusturated because i was really having some great hunts on different properties, bouncing around, before it rained shooters on my head at this one place and i pushed all in. Ended up being a wash.
Took a hike on my back 8 when i got home around noon and immediately saw some deer. Backed out and planned on hunting there this afternoon. Instead, my gut told me to go hang and hunt another spot. Did that, and didnt see shit. Strange night with the wind and rain, but its nov 10... Shouldnt matter.
I'm happy with the new set. Thats a positive. Its located just outside a thick ass bedding area at my dads honey hole. Hiked in 20ft ladder stick and a cheap hang on and left them sit to hunt a couple times in the next week.
Back at it tomorrow A.M..
Hoping the MotherShip brings all the damn deers back to where they belong(10 yards from the base of my tree)

I have high hopes that things should pick up this weekend. Unable to hunt tonight or tomorrow morning, so next sit will be tomorrow starting about noon. Going back to the property that was dead as shit last week. Going to plant ass there again for the next couple. Somethings gotta give. The spot is money
