Good luck Jason.

My evening hunt worked out well. I was looking for a big doe. Had so many pour out I lost count. 6. . . 8. . . No wait, is that 9? Let me start over. I think there are 7. Aw screw it, where is the biggest one? Click click bang! I'm sleeping in tomorrow. Good luck fellas.

The fog never cleared yesterday. We had about a 2 hour window in the afternoon where it was clear enough to safely shoot. But it just made more sense to call it a day and hope for better visibility today.

I've been hunting with a guy from work and his family, he was nice enough to give me the thumbs up to bring my son and Adam today. I would love to see them score.

Sat in a spot that I've never hunted thinking that it looked like a spot not many people would want to hunt. I ended up seeing 4 does and hit one at 70ish yards but I don't think it was a good hit. On the first shot she spun around and stumbled then ran 20 yards, I shot again and missed I believe. She ran into the woods where I lost track of her. After a while of searching the trail she ran on I found blood, but only a few tiny drops and they led straight onto private property. I also found two small white hairs, so I'm really thinking I got a leg hit....hopefully not. I decided to head home since I couldn't see 20 yards with the fog and wasn't sure who the landowner was. I'll be out in the morning trying to contact the landowner and hopefully get permission to go look for her. Not a good feeling right now

Keep your head up Jason. You're still in this buddy. Hope you find her! Good Luck!

I just took a pee in my pee bottle and of course an extra shot of pee stream went on my stand and on the ground below it. You guys think the deer will smell it?

I did me some walking today trying to get something moving towards dad... No luck! Sitting in the truck sure was nice watching the sun come up.
