Thanks. It's been a tough season but the doe felt good to put down. I'm still chasing a rack, so I'll be back at it on Monday.

By the way, on the way to the stand I found this arrowhead, an Adena. Once I got in the stand I told myself whatever happened it was still a good day out in the field. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1452998663.140974.jpg

Walbridge oh
I love deer hunting but a point like that would make day!!! Congrats on the doe and point! Just think the last person to hold that in his hand was hunting just like you.

Waiting for sunrise and the sound of the dueling donkeys. The neighbors on both sides have donkeys, what a noisy worthless creature. If they were at my house I think it would only take about two Saturday mornings before I shot that son of a bitch.

That's a great find! Congrats. It'a always an awesome day when you find an artifact, especially one like that!

Was a crunchy walk in this morning. Had to do the old heel step cadence because you can hear the steps a ways off. Had a coyote come through about 150 yards away. Never saw it but I could tell by the gate what it was. The only time deer sound like that is a buck when seeking. The god thing is I should have plenty of warning for approaching deer if they show up.
