Just for the record I use that same seasoning at home when I am grilling out. That and a Cajun style seasoning. There awesome.

no recipes tonight. cooking with fresh stuff on the fly. grill seared venison loin, pan fried chanterelles with garlic, fresh thyme, lemon juice, and salata with cukes, onion, tomato, jalepeno, fresh thyme and mint. livin' large for a Monday night. I might have to take a day off from work to try and find some more chanterelles before they are gone. excellent fungus. as nice on my plate as morels, maybe better.

Seems every edible and tasty fungi has a false variety to go along with it as well!
