Im grilling kabobs for my BIL and sis. 20160804_181609.jpg

It took awhile to fry up 2-3 lbs of deer steak just right and whip up some gravy from the drippings along with mashed taters and biscuits but Karissa and I felt it was well worth it! :smiley_coolpeace:

Last night I was introduced to "pork burgers". I didn't get any pics, sorry. But I wanted to share that they were amazing! I think I'll be grinding the next hog. That's how they made these, they ground the entire hog into burger...loins and all. Mighty tasty

Last night I made what I like to call Hobo Yum Yum. I took just over a lb of ground deer meet, cooked it up, added a bunch of Cayenne pepper seasoning. Once it was cooked I added a can of Manwich and a bunch of Jalapenos. I also made a box of Mac and Cheese. Mixed the 2 together once they were done, and eat with tortilla scoops. Quick, easy and yummy. I also added Hot Taco sauce.

So now I don't have to wait for you to bring it next time! I bet the leftover are even better.
