Good luck fellas settled in. I'm sitting on a inside corner. We had crystal clear skies all night, so I'm not really anticipating a busy morning. Pair that with a little bit warmer temps and it might not be all that good of a day. Hoping for some rut activity.

A big bodied racked deer and I hit the bottom at the same time from opposite directions. Couldn't tell what deer it was, but we had an old fashioned Mexican standoff for 5 minutes or so. I lost. Fuggers...
Had a shot at a mature buck. He was a bit further out than I thought & went under him. He wasn't spooked, & went where that 1st buck came from, on the other side of my house.

So far just a bb here. Not much movement by any critters this morning. Might get good closer to mid day?
Well nothing for me so far, except for another hunter. He hunts on the neighboring property. He just showed up a 8 and has already been blowing on the grunt tube and doe call

I'm hopeing some slob of a buck is wondering why things are so quiet and is about to take a walk by my tree!
I've seen a few does at different times & places. They weren't pressured. Nothing else moving. At least it's not windy.
