I think I am going to have to look into them not sure what kind of ladder stand I am in but very uncomfortable

If you like ladder stands, look at the rivers edge line.... I have 4 of them and they're comfortable and roomy....

Supposed to rain tuesday and Wednesday down here this week then cold thursday. I will be out all day thursday with the cva in hand. Rut is just getting cranked up down here. Killed one Friday and he had piss soaked legs and stunk big time. Hope to put some more bone on the ground this week.

Coffee and hot chocolate are ready, heaters have fresh propane, snacks are packed and we're about ready to roll out. My wife has been hunting with me since 2003 and she's killed a deer every year except 2012 when she was pregnant with our daughter. She's a little less pregnant this year, so we can actually make a better effort than we did that year. Going for deer #13 in 13 seasons of "real" hunting today. Just her and I this morning, then taking our daughter with us this evening.
