Grill ran for a few hours yesterday. Started by roasting tomato's, jalapeño's, garlic and some corn tortillas sprayed with olive oil and some salt. Made the salsa and chips.
Moved on to the 10 lb bag of wings...along with the 10 lb bag of drumsticks. Finished it off with 5 lbs of burger and a couple packs of hotdogs.
Sides:
Cole slaw
Loaded bake potato salad
Buffalo chicken dip
Pasta salad
Regular salad
Huge pan of Mac and cheese
Couple bags of chips
Washed down with a case of Bud Light and a few different kinds of whisky. Wife said I was also dipping in some Jager...but I don't remember that, so it didn't happen.
Yesterday I did up a pork shoulder Boston roast. This was my first time grilling it minion style. I must say, I let it go for 9 1/2 hours and only used 2/3 of the coal. It turned out delicious!!!!! Still eating on it tonight.
Teriyaki marinated wild turkey for us this evening. I made supper over at my parents for everybody.
Don't worry, I got one saved for when I come downTasty.... looks good. Im cooking dinner too.
