I was out in Ohio last weekend getting my buddies camp ready and put out some minerals at my place and swapped the sd cards in the cameras....my quad path going to the stands eroded away and there is a 8’ deep crevice that I can’t get the quad past. I had a guy who was supposed to fix it over the summer but when I called him, he said he forgot and would get right on it. I’ve got a feeling that with all of this rain, it’s going to be a couple more weeks before he can do the work. It’s probably going to take a couple of more loads of rock then originally planned!

They just said tonight on World News that they are expecting over 40” of rain in some places....unfortunately that’s going to destroy many homes. New Orleans all over again. Hopefully the government responds better than they have in the past. There are already power company trucks headed to the area.

It’ll be interesting to see what things look like in the morning. See how much rainfall they actually get, I heard about an hour ago about 12” has fallen in Wilmington.

We live in the middle of the state and they are predicting 10-15” rain. There goes my food plot and grass seed.

On top of that we have had lots of rain all week so the ground is already saturated. Gonna make for lots of flooding and downed trees.
