Just got settled in. Not my favorite temps to hunt in but I can't kill them from my couch. Sweating like crazy out here. Thankfully there is a good breeze.

Good luck gents! I'm sitting here landing Life flight for yet another gunshot [emoji2357]This city... But in good news. Found a huge white oak dropping millions of acorns right next to our tree selling shed woods (about 7 acres) so I'm gonna test my new mobile set up next week some time there.

Do you have those sticks wrapped? Any problems with them stacking up like that? Mine don’t want to stack very good even with nothing on them.

They're XOP sticks and an XOP Air Raid stand. The sticks came wrapped. The sticks interlock together, it's a great system, solid and quiet. So once you strap on one stick to the stand, the others individually lock to the previous sticks so you can peel them off one at a time. Love the system.

I'm staying out of the woods until we get that front late next week. Going to hunt some of the better white oaks I know of once things cool down.

I'm out. Its muggy but there was no deer in the living room. Plus they're picking the corn left over the hill from me (500 yds). What the heck...

I checked cams yesterday . Good news is my target on that property is still around . But he is showing up middle of the night and infrequently . He must be bedding across the road somewhere .

The other property is a better rut property . I did not have any big deer on cam there till after Oct 20th last yr . I repositioned cameras there and made a couple mock scrapes . Never done that before and I hate using scents so we'll see .

The bucks are really starting to hammer my mock scrapes right now,been doing it for many years and always seems to draw them out.
