I went this evening to get an official score on my bow kill. The taxi had figured it around 151, man was he close...
My buck ended up grossing 146 6/8 and netting 132 4/8. It's not Ohio Big Buck, but it's not a big deal. I'd shoot that deer 100 more times. In fact, in my mind I've shot it 1,000 times!
Here were the measurements: I put each side up so you could see deductions
Inside spread: 17
Right Main Beam: 24 5/8
Left Main Beam: 22 5/8
G-1: R = 4 7/8, L = 4
G-2: R = 8 2/8, L = 9 7/8
G-3: R = 7 7/8, L = 8
G-4: R = 6 6/8, L = none (that killed it's chances)
H-1: R = 4 5/8, L = 4 2/8
H-2: R = 3 6/8, L = 3 4/8
H-3: R = 5 , L = 3 6/8
H-4: R = 3 6/8, L = 2 6/8
Abnormal Points: R = None, L = 1 4/8 and 3 6/8
Totals: R = 69 4/8 L = 60 2/8 Difference = 14 2/8
