And there goes another shooter after a doe. They both bedded 90 yards from me on the other side of the field for 35 minutes. A small buck showed up and got them both moving. She was headed my way until she turned right and took him with her. Big 8 with a droopy ear, had blood on his leg too.

Action packed first 90 min with 9 doe and 4 bucks. 2 of the bucks grunting but like a middle school dance, the doe went one way and all the bucks individually went the opposite direction.

Was quiet from then till 11 when two more bucks casually made their way through the woods.

Hunted until noon this morning in the same bowl I was in yesterday. Skunked today. I did gather some more intel on the way out and found another great spot I may reposition into tomorrow if it's slow again. Yesterday evening I hung a set of LW sticks and an alpha hang on in a creek bottoms just downwind of a bedding area. Saw a small buck and 3 does but no shot opportunities. Going to be in that set again in about a hour.

Good luck tonight fellas.

Saw a couple of nice ones just wandering across the street near the intersection of Granger and Weymouth. One was a good size buck. Maybe you can borrow a friend's car;-)
Hahahaha that's only like 10 miles away! They could make it here! And worst case scenario, in putting metal cow guards on my truck like a train and driving through a field [emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787]
