RSmith- I get what you are saying. There was a time I would do it. I would not attempt it now. Same as I wouldn't attempt a 300yd shot with my Savage 220. I know "MY" limits. I'm sticking with my original thoughts: Fantastic deer. Good for him. The hunting industry is it's own little world. Seems like lots of people want in it. Few have what it takes to get into it. Fewer have the integrity to stick to their values and not be tainted by it. Great thing about the ever changing technology is we can learn from all of it. I'm absolutely digging the fact guys like "The Hunting Public" are making a go of it. Will they pick up more sponsors and be able to make money doing it? Probably so. Will they remain grounded and stick to their roots or will they get sucked into the money hungry ways of the hunting industry? Time will tell. My point? In this day and age there are hunting shows, podcasts, youtubers, etc for everyone. Don't like this Bowmar guy or the Drury's or Lakowsky or Waddell? Keep surfing. There is a show out there you might like. We are in a good time in regards to technology and finding what we like. I know nothing about the guy who shot the buck in this thread. I won't judge him. I only know "I" would not have taken a 67yd shot with a bow at a live animal.

I skipped half these post but did slow down to look at the pics! 
Anyhow, I actually got a little upset at the picking apart of this guy when I’ve seen it time and time again over Tusky River calls. For a long time we couldn’t have a thread on here without one of us talking about his turkey calls. So we all do it. Putting out yardage is just part of the story. Relax guys. Dude killed a hell of a deer, did his homework, had history and all the other things we love about this and congratulate each other on. Who cares if he’s a douche, he still did all the right things and took a shot from desperation after years of trying. I can’t say that I wouldn’t of done the same thing. I’m sure in his mind it was a “now or never” moment and the stars lined up. I tip my hat to him. Even if he is annoying to me. (See, even I added information that wasn’t needed just there)
@Bigslam51 wasnt a dig at your calls, just used it as an example. As we’ve all pushed them to help a brother out.

I don't remember there being multiple posts about my calls other than during turkey season when someone killed one with a call, Dave. I'm kinda lost on what you brought me into the conversation.
Dude...when you started making calls it was everywhere on TOO, when Turkey season started, it was really all over. I was guilty of the pimping and it will continue here. I wasn’t bringing you into this as much as using it as an example. Maybe I should’ve used the scent smoker...same idea, yet here we are bashing a guy for nothing IMO.
I had one thread, that like 4 people consistently commented on[emoji23]. I'm not bashing this guy because like Holdren, I'll wait until the video comes out to cast my judgment if I even watch it. Congrats to him for killing the buck he was after.
