Just picked up another box of this. Ive made, and tried a million different breadings for fish. This is my favorite by far. Doesn't require any wet wash. Just cut fish into chunks, roll in this stuff, and a perfect lite, crispy coating. It's so Southern you"ll be sexting your sister when you're done![]()
