Oh boy! Here we go lol. Gave up the dip yesterday, woke up this morning good to go but thought about putting one in. Got to work and everyone wants a piece of you, they know I could be on the edge and they testing the waters. Anyway breakfast was served and I ate 3 fried eggs and couple link sausage. Had a cup of coffee and out to a special operations meeting.

In the meeting I’m getting hungry and I’m thinking about a dip to kill time and the hunger. No deal, drove back to town and stopped for a salad. Ate my boring salad that was good and arrived back at my office. The urge for a pinch is bad. I go in the kitchen and find some leftover chicken we had from the grill last shift and warmed up 2 pieces. All good for the moment but still wanting a pinch.

I’m not trying to go all out diet or starve as I think making the turn to a livable lifestyle change is the only thing I can possible commit to. So eating a strict menu is out while working and looking to get past the urge of dipping. Like I’ve said before it’s the first few days that are the hardest.

Stay thirsty my friends! [emoji23]

Good luck and hang in there bud! I quit smoking the last week of February and had a few bad days but even those days the urge passed after a few minutes. Most days I never even think about it. If you can make it passed two weeks, you’ve got it beat.

3 days down, still feeling the urge to dip and eat lol. Haven’t eaten the best but haven’t broken down to getting a dip so all is well. Did eat healthy cereal at 6am and broke down and ate a ham sandwich at one, instead of two lol. Going to a friends house where there is a Kentucky races party and plenty of eat and drink to be had. Today not looking stellar for losing weight.
