What's For Dinner?

Yesterday did Country style pork ribs in smoker for 4 hours. Had smoke ring to it. It was great. Will do drum sticks next time.

Split chicken, country ribs, and potatoes on the grill. Spray a little oil on everything and nothing burns.

Cubed backstraps tonight and for my bucket tomorrow.....

Flipped in flour, fried in butter and seasoned with Lawreys and pepper. So tender and delicious

Do all deep southerners make two or three main dishes for dinner? Example: northern meal beef roast mashed potatoes with a veg. Your meal - gumbo fried fish and a side of tbones and home fries...on Wednesday night.....
