Got a molar pulled on Tuesday, so nothing chewy for a couple days. Did some canned venison in a beef n mushroom gravy over rice with some sauteed zucchini and onion from the garden

dinner for one tonight. I don't know why I had one venison tenderloin packaged by itself, but that was perfect for my dinner tonight.
Sauteed fresh Chanterelles, snow peas from the garden with fresh purple basil and garlic, seared venison tenderloin. chimney starter makes a small but extremely hot fire, perfect for searing one steak.

Threw a pork loin on tbe Boss tonight for about four hours on 250 degrees. Came out amazing with the smoked paprika and pitt boss pulled pork rub. Apparently I didn't take any pics after slicing, or of the Kraft mac n cheese we served with it
I’m my worst critic when it comes too cooking. I’m not very good at it, but damn if this didn’t turn out good...
Smoked standing rib roast. Wife bought one for the daughter at Xmas and she cut off a quarter of it and gave it too us when they came down. Been in the freezer ever since. Today was it’s day for the traeger...
