Homemade goose pastrami made into a rueben and homemade French onion soup.
Also started curing a beef navel for beef bacon and another for pastrami. Set up some beef cheeks for a long braise for a barbacoa style dish and a bbq style dish.

That’s the shit. Got tired of eating at the two cafes here. 4 of us eating it’s a hundred dollars and it ain’t that good. Told my buddy fick that so they went to the dollar stow and we microwave our dinner. Me and hunter doing hotdogs, dj doing rice and chicken, Jarrid doing Denny’s stew.

This was taken last night as Ron and I met up with 3 deer hunting buddy’s at our deer camp aka The Chicken House. It was steak night, bring your own and grill or sear your own. We brought huge ribeyes for us(22-24 ouncers) and we both seared ours to perfection, medium rare. Dang they were delicious!!!!
Got home this evening too lasagna.... We murdered that stuff....
