Very good stuff Adam! Our kids tried it. Didn't take to it. We didn't push it. Can be time consuming and they were involved in other stuff. It will be good for Ty. And you!

So my 4 year old son got home from preschool today and he pulled a little green plastic dolphin out of his pocket. He told my wife that he took it from the teachers bathroom because it has a broken fin and he thinks daddy can fix it. He made sure to tell her that he did not a steal it because he was going to take it back after daddy fixes it. After I got off work he showed it to me.

Well. Off to the shop we went. After a few minutes, we had something workable. A little epoxy later flipper has a new prosthetic fin.

Some days being a dad is so freaking cool. 😎

A few cool items I have of my Dads after his passing last month.
This is his old ginseng digger he has had for as long as I can remember...I remember going with him when I was a kid and him using it.
The other is his old Steven's single shot 12ga with a 36 inch barrel. I remember him using it when I would go rabbit hunting with him when I was little..I killed my first pheasant with it when I was a kid. Also a few more of his old traps I can display, items I will always cherish.

Nice Brian... My Dad had a ton of traps as he was a trapper big time... In The People's Republic of New Jersey I can't possess any unless they are made inoperable... So they have remained at a cousin's house in Pa... I gave a bushel basket full to a member on here several years ago... That gun is a real goose gun....
