So the vaccine you got is worthless anyways. What's the point?
The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine was 88% effective against symptomatic disease and 96% effective against hospitalization from Delta in the studies, while Oxford-AstraZeneca (which is not an mRNA vaccine) was 60% effective against symptomatic disease and 93% effective against hospitalization

And what are your odds without the shot?

IDK - but with the new spike in infections among the unvaccinated prolly not so good as most new cases are among the unvaccinated and the delta
How many are dying?

Since when did it become unhealthy to get sick? I was always told it helps our immune system and makes us stronger.

How can you say you don't know and then throw out your opinion like it is logic?

Its not my opinion - excerpts from medical reports - i said IDK because I don't have the numbers at hand - just part of current events - the numbers are out there look them up for yourself -

Yet we have vaccinated people showing symptoms, testing positive, and needing medical care all over the country and the CDC is in full panic mode. A rise in infections among the unvaccinated are expected, they did not expect this.

I love how they keep moving the goalposts. Gives Imunity, prevents infection, prevents symptomatic infection, prevents hospitalization.

Not contagious, rarely contagious, minorly contagious, oh shit put your mask back on.

Now don't get me wrong. There is a TON of data that shows the vaccine is effective, especially with the elderly and those with health issues. But it's nowhere near the silver bullet that made it out to be

All that I’m hearing is those vaccinated are showing positive 🤷🏻‍♂️

I can tell you in our area, if people are having symptoms, they definitely are not getting tested unless they are required to.

I don’t believe a damn thing I hear, which makes it hard to take anything serious anymore. Does a covid test detect delta? One network says yes, the other says no. Will a booster be needed to help with the 3rd “wave”? Has there been any reliable data for either side? It’s such a shit-show.
5+ years from now covid will still be here, with new variants, and those vaxxed and non-vaxxed will still be getting it

The problem is they've taken the flu shot "everyone approach." Not everyone needs an experimental vaccine. 40% of people have zero symptoms. Most people simply have cold / flu like symptoms. With as much data as we have by now they should absolutely be able to ascertain who is at risk and should get the vaccine. But they don't care about that, their agenda is to get that needle in as many arms as possible, man woman and child. That doesn't sit well. They say "listen to the science" but they're obscuring and censoring all the science that would allow people to make an informed and logical decision for themselves. Not everyone needs a flu shot, despite them saying everyone should get a flu shot.

Seems we forget that it’s a flu…. This shot is just that, a shot not a “vaccine”….. Vaccines prevent diseases, this shot is nothing more than a glorified annual flu shot that may, or may not work for you….. It may lessen the severity of it, but it doesn’t prevent it…. Like Joe stated, if you’re healthy for the most part you won’t need it, if you’re health is compromised? Get the shot for piece of mind and maybe it’ll lessen the symptoms of the flu….. You know, like any other flu….

Not to get all semantics, but before someone begs to differ with your point over a technicality. covid is a coronavirus the same as a cold but influenza is a different family of viruses. But your point remains the same. For most people they'll have what they think is a cold or flu.

After 5 days of being in the same household w my wife and youngest son that have it, we both test negative and we are at work. The wife and Hunter both have minor symptoms at this time but feel like shit.
I trust the data that we have been keeping at our department of 187 employees plus family
