We were vaccinated against every conceivable contingency. Who knows what the ramifications will be down the road. Most of the shots were proven too work and ward off anything that would come our way. I got every one with out fail. 35 years worth, anthrax being the last series. 6 years retired and still kicking. My son has gotten the shot due to being in the military (SC Air Guard) most every one he works with don’t like the situation but will do it because it’s expected of them.
I really don’t know what I’d tell someone who’s on the fence if I was still in. Probably go with the party line if it’s required, you signed on the dotted line so go get in line. If you feel that strongly against it? Suffer the ramifications but I’ll still have your back. Push for the honorable discharge and let them move on.
What a fucked world we live in these days.

I took everything I was in line for as well but all were already years in the making anthrax was my last as well I'm definitely not trying to start anything but this new jab is far from proven other than anything but a failed experiment and pushed agenda. I feel for the troops these days but I also hope there's some still willing to stand up for what they believe in

The vast majority is what really bothers me... It's so different from when I was in. So many woke and weak sheep join the ranks these days due to this woke ass nation and mothers of America. When you see things like this is makes you wonder when push comes to shove what side will they be on. Just some pondering thoughts

Yes - if your fighting force refuses to foĺlow orders you don't have one

Military members disobey orders at their own risk. They also obey orders at their own risk. An order to commit a crime is unlawful. An order to perform a military duty, no matter how dangerous, is lawful as long as it doesn't involve the commission of a crime.

About 6 months prior to the completion of my service obligation I got orders to Ft Hood. I signed a declination statement refusing the orders. The green weenie was trying to send me to Ft Hood so they could deploy my ass and give me an involuntary extension in service. They gave me a rash of shit about how I would be barred from re-enlistment blahs blahs. I just laughed because that was kind of the point, I was going to get out anyway. Wouldnt you know it about a month before time to get out they were throwing bonus numbers at me trying to get me to re-enlist.

Most enlistments are 6 years, 4 active, 2 inactive. Technically they can keep you active for 6 years. If 100% of the people in mobilization slots fulfilled their requirements, there’d be no need for stop loss… But we all know how that worked out…

My initial service obligation was for 6 active / 2 inactive due to MOS. I think they all have an 8 year recall potential now.

Seems army and marines were on the same page. Air Force was a 4&2 and no idea about the navy.
I’d imagine MOS mostly has what the reason is. I do know some technical schools are close too a year long. And I can see the extension for that reason.
