Deer burger (Salisbury steak) sautéed onions, creamed tators w cream corn and salad. I didn’t put the gravy on mine.
The wife asks, 'can you please put that pan of chicken tenders away after it cools ? Its for my salads this week.....'Yes dear....

Aldi’s ribeye. Salted it Friday night. Reverse sear with Hardcore Carnivore seasoning. Mushrooms in KG butter and truffle seasoning. Spinach cooked in olive oil. also a glass of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked.

Aldi’s ribeye and NY strip are fantastic for the price. Helluva meal you put together there!

Sounds like someone needs to start a “What’s for breakfast” thread.
Wife and I found a recipe on line on how to make one of our faves when we go out on the town and hit Longhorn for steak or chicken. If we don’t get a tasty ribbie their Crusted Chicken Parm is out of this world!!!
Well tonight we tagged teamed it in the kitchen and killed it! I highly recommend trying it yourself!

Puerto Rico has done me well. This is a steak mofongo. I should have taken a picture of the octopus, conch, queso frito, surullitos, and guava cake shells. I was too busy stuffing my face. We were the only white folks in that place.
