What's For Dinner?

Aldi’s ribeye. Salted it Friday night. Reverse sear with Hardcore Carnivore seasoning. Mushrooms in KG butter and truffle seasoning. Spinach cooked in olive oil. also a glass of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked.

Wife and I found a recipe on line on how to make one of our faves when we go out on the town and hit Longhorn for steak or chicken. If we don’t get a tasty ribbie their Crusted Chicken Parm is out of this world!!!🤗👍🏻
Well tonight we tagged teamed it in the kitchen and killed it! I highly recommend trying it yourself!
