Finally got some drought relief around 6:10pm, not much but hopefully get a soaker over next few hours. Grass on the house grade is torched!

Yep. We needed that badly here in GC. Of course the 100 lb wuss of a German shepherd is unamused with the thunder, following 3 nights of fireworks. But she will get over it.
We are seeing rain. First of the month. I don't even remember when it rained last. Maybe mid June? Second week in June? Been awhile.

I have 3inches in the gauge currently from last night until now. Some r saying west of us got 7.
Got 2 alerts on the phone overnight for flash flood warning. Coming down sideways at 0500, dog looked at my like “you go out there and shit
“ 
We got an inch overnight. Town too the east of us had a house get struck by lightning and catch on fire. No injuries, luckily.

Columbus. 1 inch yesterday and I emptied it. Last night almost 6!
Nader touched down for lil over a mile about 4 to 5 miles to our SW in Goshen this afternoon. 95,000 people out of power including us with no ET as to when it will be restored. Genny running since 8:30pm, hot showers taken, bellies full and all fridges and freezers running with 30 gallons of gas in garage.
