So far I picked the wrong spot. Nothing here. Wife said small bucks are chasing does behind the house. Buddy went to one of my stands at the other end of the property and saw 3 does followed by a decent buck grunting every step.

Running my errands then hitting the woods. Praying a card pull tells me something at one property, because the cell cams everywhere else don’t have me too excited with not a single shooter on them. Good luck to anyone out this am.

Good luck. More record book bucks are shot on 11/7 than on any other day.
Woods are dead here except squirrels giving my neck a workout
Got a late start yesterday evening @theotherfarm, so I did a ground assault from within a honeysuckle patch on the backside of one of the ridges for a couple of hours, just short of where I wanted to get too. Heard a few, saw two. One unknown and a young doe that was within range, but no shot opportunity.
Today, I'll be heading back out there to setup and hunt the rest of the day there.

Sittin in dentist chair numb AF getting a molar crowned. Heading out for my first hunt as soon as they’re done. Probably won’t get to stand till 4 though, ugh

Kicked up 2 decent bucks (110-130”) bird hunting some public ground in Ross county. I think they were on a hot doe. Happy to DM location if it would be of use to anyone in that area that is restricted to public ground

I hate the rut. I am so GD indecisive. No deer to speak of on the cam at one property, but it’s s known big buck producer. Other property has a stupid number of does, but only 1 pic of 1 shooter middle of the night a couple days ago. Public spot had a doe pass back and forth around 9 this am, but I’d hate to drive over an hour to see 10 trucks parked on a small parcel. Wind is good for all 3. This is stupid
