I'll have 5 in my group including myself. My brother will prefer to walk all day so that my dad and his kid doesn't have to. My son has an apprentice license so will either be with me or my dad the whole time.

We just need to know when and where to be, 2 vehicles maybe 3.

Also, my brother, Dad and I are very familiar with Egypt Valley and drives that can be done there. Its about a 30 minute drive from Salt Fork so we can have that as a backup if it becomes necessary or the numbers get too large for whatever areas ya'll are thinking of at Salt fork.
We have more than enough ground to push at salt fork. @Hedgelj shoot me a pm and I’ll send ya where you need to be Saturday morning.

I’ll be over at my buddy mikes around 530 to get a couple tables set up along with coffee brewing and maybe some donuts and what have you. I figure as long as we are all there by 6/630 we should be good. I’m going to meet up with @Shoot-straight this weekend so we can hammer out all the final details of spots to push and get a more firm time frame set in stone by Monday.

Just my 2 cents - starting the drives at 9 or 10 am will give a long distant travelers an opportunity to sleep a little more and not wake up at 2 or 3 am, and it also gives hunters sitting in the area an opportunity to hunt and not have it ruined by us romping stomping at first light. But I don’t care either way, I’ll be at a cabin 30 minutes down road and drink till 1 anyways.

Very considerate point @Bigcountry40... Let those sitting since before daybreak have some time to get it done before comming through like a herd of elephants... (y)

So are you guys wanting to start a little later then? I didn’t figure we would start our hunt at first light I was just stating we could get an earlier start to the morning so guys could show up and get acquainted with one another and we could go over everything as a whole once everyone arrived.

I was liking the idea of Delaware. Be a great opportunity to finally make one of these hunts. Not sure 6 hours on the road and hunting all day is going to happen. I swear all these hunts are 3-4 hours away. Mohican area sounded doable also.

That said- I look forward to reading your adventures. Be safe and best of luck. If I can make it, I will. If not? It will be my loss. Not like it is anyone else's fault I am geographically disadvantaged when it comes to Ohio public hunting areas. 🤣
