Malack is nearly 17 months old and I think I have finally started to feel like he is my dog, and not just Gunners attempted replacement. I still miss Gunner, but this guy is filling the void perfectly.

Jaden’s had a cyst on his back (clogged oil duct) that we’ve been watching. This week it got infected. We took him to our local vet and she prescribed an antibiotic and inflammatory pill. 3 days later we awoke to an implosion. Rushed him to the vet Saturday am; then referred to CLE animal hospital for internal bleeding and low platelet count. He had 2 hemorrhages yesterday afternoon while in care and almost bled out twice. Today he is stable but not out of the woods yet. Thanks to the Rottweiler that saved Jaden’s life last night as the Rottweiler was Jaden’s blood donor last night. Blood counts are still down today however Jaden’s alive. Unexpected Bill has arrived. Jaden (7) is the center of our family.
