Didn't take pics but followed the nice breeze and did a 4 pound sirloin roast with red taters, carrots, portobellos, celery, candy onions , followed up with deviled egg potato salad

Loving what the dirt is giving now. Ohio sweet corn, fresh tomatoes (with cottage cheese), smoked, bacon wrapped, sausage and cheese stuffed jalapeño poppers.
Always a good day when bacon wrapped jalapeños is the main course. 
Finally, something I know what you ate! Lol

Tam came home to baked steak smothered in gravy, baked spud and biscuits topped with homemade peach pepper jelly. She scarfed it down with no complaints. Lol

Prosciutto wrapped, rosemary skewered, grilled scallops with prosciutto wrapped jalapeño poppers. Burned rosemary is quite a nice layer of flavor.

2 gallons of concentrated shrimp stock for gumbo and other recipes. Probably ~30#'s of 15-17 tails - so many dinners.
Picked up 170#'s of 12-13's [w heads on] for 5 guys, I got 40#'s. Probably 10#'s of popped heads in the stock. These came from the AL Peteet mariculture research center. They drained the research ponds today.
