2 gallons of concentrated shrimp stock for gumbo and other recipes. Probably ~30#'s of 15-17 tails - so many dinners. Picked up 170#'s of 12-13's [w heads on] for 5 guys, I got 40#'s. Probably 10#'s of popped heads in the stock. These came from the AL Peteet mariculture research center...

Had some family to camp for dinner with my boy. Made thr last of the golden oysters x 4 prime strip steaks. Salted room temperature an hour prior. Good portion of my homemade brisket seasoning. Got a nice cherry wood char on these. Steak fires, two coleslaws vinegar and mayo, golden oysters...
