Im pretty sure you can use them in CO and WY. I have a couple friends who have used them hunting elk.

That is a pretty darn good deal. To bad it doesnt apply to non resident disabled veterans. Several states like Texas, Idaho, and Washington also discount licenses or give them for free to all disabled vets resident or non resident.
