Im headed back today. I saw 7 doe last night but no bucks. Im planning to come out in Jan for ML season. I hunted hard, had a great time, and had plenty of chances to shoot small bucks. I was also hoping to get some predator hunting in too, but it didnt work out. Ill be back out for that...

Anyone use it? I tried it this year and it seems to work. Several occasions I have had deer down wind of me. Every time they seemed to get nervous but they never take off.

This morning was full of action. I saw 7 doe and 4 buck. One of the bucks was a biggen too. Bad thing is he never got clise enough. This evening may be my last sit. If its not raining to hard I may hunt the morning and then head home.

Todays the last day. Since I started this post I have passed up several more small bucks and three button bucks.... 🤣

PA finally legalized night vision for hunting predators. Im going to put a night scope on my AR probably in December. Im planning on getting the ATN thor 4K 640 5x50. I had considered getting a thermal scope but the are a bit pricey. Anyone using night vision in Ohio?
