I think I'm going to take a vacation day on Friday so I can get down there around noon. If not then I wouldn't be there til 3am Saturday if I left right after work, and I'm not doing that!

Got the oldest daughter to move up her move in date at UWF the week before the outing just so I could attend lmao.
I'm thinking we will try and hit the 3D course as a group early Saturday, maybe around 11? Trying to plan things out since I'll probably have to guide those that are planning to ride as well. The Creek trail, with a few breaks during the ride, will take a couple hours. If we rode it non stop, it could probably be done in an hour, but gotta stop under the train bridges to enjoy the sights. Maybe save that for the late afternoon/early evening and time it up so we are back at camp by 7:00 or so to enjoy the beer/fire/food.
Or we could shoot bows, trap, whatever on Saturday and ride on Sunday before people shove off. It's a lot to cram into one day.

Wasn't thinking before I made that last post... lost of guys coming in on Thursday or early Friday. We can easily fit the ride in on Friday or something. Excited for you trail lovers to see the Creek Trail.
Heck, I might ride both days if I can get my quad up there! Love riding and don't get to do it much down here around the house...:smiley_blackeye:

Dirt bikes allowed? I have a quad but I use it for work. If I want to have fun, I am on two wheels.
Yep, it's always fun watching guys on bikes do the creek crossings. Those rocks are always nice and slimy
I'm shooting to be there late Thursday evening, hopefully before dark. Look forward to seeing you Ric, Adam, and the rest of the normal crew. Hopefully get to meet you BigSlam and Hicks.

You're hanging out at all the wrong places Ric! Enjoyed a B&M cigar with 3 nice college age ladies around a campfire Memorial Day weekend. Granted, none were in overalls at the time, but I've seen them in them before and in place of the sleeveless were some nice bikini tops

As you know, I love to plan my tasty treats for these events well in advance. I'm gonna bring a batch of pulled pork already made up & aged. Don wants my Swineapple & I'm thinking a couple racks of ribs. Oh yeah, ya gotta have something in cast iron, so baked beans TOO ! I'm off that week, just like this week now, so Thursday will certainly be an option.
