It's been pretty rampant here. While we have the best hospital system in the state in this county, it's a small hospital. There are around 143K people in the county and around 150 beds. The hospital is receiving patients from a plethora of rural counties also. With that said the hospital currently has about 115 admitted and 30 in ICU, which is 0.1% of the county population.

The left made it highly political in an election year because they didn't have a candidate or agenda worth a shit to run on. They effectively got rid of the orange man bad and appointed a dementia ridden stooge. The trouble with that is once they've spun up their gullible base, it's hard to put that genie back in the bottle. Throughout this entire thing the right has demanded nothing more than the freedom of individual informed consent and doing what they believe is right for them and their family.

It is the left that has demanded things like forced injections, economic punishments against those that refuse, covid passports, massive demands for violations of an individuals right to privacy, choice, and to be secure in their person and things. This isn't a Red vs Blue issue. This is American freedoms and the very principals of our country Vs Marxist leftists. The left has waged a cold war against conservative American values, I fear that they're not going to stop and this nation is going to end up making Rwanda look like a tickling match. All I ask is the same that Thomas Paine once requested. "I prefer peace. But if trouble must come, let it come in my time, so that my children can live in peace."

I prefer peace also - trouble is here - just seems to me we are kicking the can down the road. Prolly have more things forced on the nation in the near future - hope theres something left for your kids and mine

However if the virus is capable of passing the Human to animal barrier, it is assumed likely that it could pass the animal to human barrier at some point. Meaning the animal will likely mutate the virus at some point to re-infect humans and circumvent vaccines.
