The area has a bunch hogs on it. I killed one in there before it flooded. I walked up on 2 coyotes but they didn't stick around for me to get it out of my pack.

People don’t fully understand what a nice pack is worth. Someone stole my nice one a few years back and I haven’t replaced it yet. I have a few others, but I don’t really like them beyond them doing what they’re designed for. I need a new every day pack.

It's going to be one of those years. Bucks just now shedding heavily in my area, just in time for the Honeysuckle to turn green. I won't be able to see shit in the woods by end of next week. The trend continues.

Well I asked my son about our deer since he has two cams on the property that are cellular. All our bucks are still holding on to both of them. And we are already greening up. Same shit, different year.
I still haven’t found one this year! This sucks. Why do I even look? Thank goodness for this thread, closest I’ll get this year. Maybe ever

I walked right past the last 2 I have found, and they are both good size. Definitely not easy to find.

Awesome pic! I'm afraid to take my two goldens out because the ticks are so damn bad. One already has Lymes. If it's above freezing I leave them home. Unfortunately, it's always above freezing anymore.
